The day I phoned Keller Williams Realty, I was hoping to find someone to steer me in the right direction. I had volunteered to help a friend with a home he had purchased on Bull Mountain, and I needed some insight into the real estate market.
 
Who I got was Robyn Starr Dezendorf. After we talked, she agreed to go by the house. From that point on, Robyn navigated me through the renovations needed to make the house competitive with the other homes in the area. Robyn coordinated everything! The house required interior painting, exterior painting, pressure washing, ceramic tile, new carpet, and intensive cleaning. Robyn oversaw it all!
 
What I appreciated most was the daily photos Robyn emailed me. Those before and after pictures, were confirmation that following Robyn’s lead was the right thing to do. However, Robyn’s talents do not stop there.
 
She is, also, a savvy businesswoman. I had been coveting carpet that I had seen, in a home, she and I toured. As with most projects, we had a budget. And this selection of carpet, of course, did not fit anywhere in that budget. But low and behold, Robyn got that done too! Although I was not there for the negotiations, it makes me smile just thinking about it.
 
When the final contractor left, my friend’s house was transformed. In the beginning, it was a nice house with a spacious, open floor plan, but now it’s stunning and ready to sell. - Thanks to Robyn!
 
Just recently, Robyn was driving by and noticed that the new sod was looking parched. Since neither my friend nor I live locally, she called to let us know the sprinkler system was not on. Then she took it upon herself to water the lawn in the evenings. That’s Robyn. She really is a “Starr” and a friend! Whatever your real estate needs, I highly recommend Robyn Dezendorf.
